By downloading or using Paradise Life Companion ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Paradise Life Companion is a personal goal-tracking companion that helps you log daily goals without guilt or streaks. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Pricing and In-App Purchases

Some features of the App may be free; others may require a one-time purchase or subscription. The current availability of free features does not constitute a promise that all features will remain free in the future. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, change pricing, or modify what is included in any free or paid tier at any time.

Any in-app purchases are:

• Processed entirely by Apple. We never collect or store your payment information
• Non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policy
• Subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service

To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Your Data

All data you enter into the App — including your goals, entries, and mood logs — is stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit your personal data to any server, does not require an account, and does not sync to the cloud. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content — including design, code, mascot character, and copy — are owned by Hustle Jam. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content in the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle Jam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.

7. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
