By downloading or using Daily Quran Wisdom ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Daily Quran Wisdom is a free app that displays daily Quran verses and reflections. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Voluntary Contributions (Sadaqah)

The App offers optional voluntary in-app contributions (Sadaqah) to support development and help spread the app. All contributions are:

• Voluntary and non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policy
• Consumable one-time purchases — they do not unlock features or grant entitlements
• Processed entirely by Apple. We never collect or store your payment information
• Not charitable donations — contributions go directly to the app developer

To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its content — including design, code, and translations — are owned by the developer. Quran text is used from public domain translations. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that Quran verse data will always be accurate. Always verify religious content with a qualified scholar.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
